Sisters Lorella and Mariella Amari founded their small-batch biscuit workshop in Carmignano in 2003. Every cracker is made entirely by hand using carefully sourced ingredients, a true expression of Tuscan artisan tradition.

Wheat flour, olive oil, white wine, sugar, salt, leavening agents (disodium diphosphate, baking soda, starch), dried onion.
