Our mission is to supply our customers with uniquely beautiful and authentic products from family-owned, non-industrial producers. We aim to match the quality of our products with our customer service and shipping. To achieve this, we ask for your participation, and kindly request you review the following procedures we have put in place for your benefit.
Returns Policy
Unfortunately, as we are providing food products, we are unable to accept any returns. This applies to all products and is non negotiable. We will however refund your order if an item arrives broken or damaged to the point where it is unusable. All refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis by our customer service team. Shipping Policy
The following shipping policy applies to direct to consumer orders. Find our wholesale shipping policy in our wholesale site, linked above.
We look for the best shipping rates for our customers and we also use reputable carrier services in order to provide a seamless shipping process. We provide multiple shipping options through USPS at different rates. We also offer a flat rate shipping of $8.99 on all orders. Additionally, we offer free shipping on all orders of $150.00 or more.
Order and Delivery Time
- Orders take 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped out of our warehouse. All shipping estimates constitute shipping time only. They do not include processing time.
- Delivery times are not guaranteed but are an approximation.
- Shipments occur only on weekdays. Orders placed after noon EST will be processed the next business day.
Zia Pia is not responsible for:
- Delays with UPS or USPS shipping. We cannot provide guaranteed delivery dates.
- International duties or customs charges
- Lost or marked delivered items. You must file a claim directly with the carrier.
Shipping to Canada
Shipping prices to Canada are determined by weight. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs duties, fees, or taxes. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We will re-ship at the buyer’s expense. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to change the address, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
Route Shipping Insurance
Route is a shipping insurance company that offers protection for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Adding Route protection is optional for all orders and you may opt out on your cart page by unchecking the box for Route Shipping Protection. You will receive email communications from Route with instructions for reporting lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Please report those issues directly through Route either online or through the Route app.
