The Pasta

Crafted in Liguria, a region renowned for its ancient pasta-making tradition, our certified organic artisanal pasta is made with Tuscan wheat and pure mountain spring water. Each shape is bronze-drawn, a traditional technique that creates a textured surface, allowing the sauce to cling beautifully to the pasta. It is then dried slowly at low temperatures, preserving the wheat’s natural flavor and ensuring a firm, al dente bite.

Each pasta shape - Gigli, Fettuccine, Trecce, Spaghetti, and Paccheri tells its own story, offering distinct textures and shapes thoughtfully crafted to pair beautifully with a variety of sauces and dishes.

The Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Harvested from native Ogliarola and Coratina olives grown in the ancient groves of Northern Puglia, our extra virgin olive oil is cold-extracted to best preserve its natural flavor and nutritional content. The olives are hand-picked while still green and milled within two hours of harvesting, resulting in an elegant oil with notes of freshly cut grass, green apple, and almond. On the palate, it achieves a perfect balance of Coratina’s bold, peppery character and Ogliarola’s gentle sweetness, with a velvety texture that underscores its exceptional quality.

This premium oil enhances grilled vegetables, brings depth to pasta dishes, and intensifies the flavor of grilled meats. Its vibrant notes also complement pizzas and bruschetta, perfectly pairing with fresh mozzarella and ripe tomato.

The Sauces

Our small-batch sauces are made with 100% Italian tomatoes and fresh, simple ingredients, encapsulating the bright, sun-ripened flavors of Salento in Puglia. Free from preservatives, colorings, or added sugars, these sauces deliver pure, clean flavor—just as nature (and nonna) intended.

Choose from the rich and aromatic Marinara, the bright and fragrant Basilico, or the lightly spiced and olive-forward Arrabbiata to complement your favorite pasta.

The Pesto

Our Basil Pesto celebrates Liguria’s most treasured ingredients. Basilico Genovese DOP, celebrated worldwide for its vibrant aroma and delicate sweetness, is cultivated exclusively in the Ligurian region where the unique microclimate and traditional farming methods ensure its superior quality. Combined with olive oil, pine nuts, and sea salt, it delivers an unmistakably fresh, vibrant flavor—naturally vegan and gluten-free.
