“Life is a combination of magic and pasta.” – Federico Fellini

The Pasta

Crafted in Liguria, our certified organic, artisanal pasta combines Tuscan wheat with pure mountain spring water. Each shape is bronze-drawn for a superior, porous texture that holds sauces beautifully. The result is an authentic Italian pasta with a perfect al dente bite.

The Sauces

Our small-batch sauces are made with 100% Italian tomatoes and fresh, simple ingredients, encapsulating the bright, sun-ripened flavors of Salento in Puglia. Free from preservatives, colorings, or added sugars, these sauces deliver pure, clean flavor—just as nature (and nonna) intended.

The Pesto

Our Basil Pesto celebrates Liguria’s most treasured ingredients, combining hand-selected Genovese PDO basil with olive oil, pine nuts, and sea salt for an unmistakably fresh, vibrant flavor—naturally vegan and gluten-free. The same care and commitment define our Artichoke and Garlic Spread and Tomato Pesto, each showcasing authentic ingredients that reflect the excellence of Italian cuisine.

The Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Harvested from native Ogliarola and Coratina olives grown in the ancient groves of Northern Puglia, our extra virgin olive oil is cold-extracted to best preserve its delicate flavors. The olives are hand-picked while still green and milled within two hours of harvesting, resulting in an elegant oil with notes of freshly cut grass, green apple, and almond.

“Even more than its Roman ruins or Renaissance art or the plain fact that lemons, tomatoes, and capers burst with more flavor on this boot-like stretch of Mediterranean soil than anywhere else on the planet, it’s the everyday life of Italy that makes it so addictive and extraordinary.” - Chris Bollen, Departures Magazine
