No H2O Freeze-dried White Truffles

Freeze-drying allows us to bring you all the umami-rich flavor of truffles in a shelf stable format. Add the freeze-dried truffle to dishes at the end of the cooking process and as the warm food rehydrates the truffles, the taste and aroma is every bit as good as a fresh truffle. 2.5g of freeze-dried truffle is equivalent to 14.5g of fresh truffle.
