These sun-dried tomatoes, packed in extra virgin olive oil with capers, garlic and oregano, pack a burst of umami and sweet summer flavors in each bite. The fresh San Marzano tomatoes have been harvested at peak ripeness, sprikled with sea salt and laid out in the fields to dry under the hot Salento sunshine. These tender, flavor-packed sundried tomatoes are perfect as an aperitivo snack, on top of crostini, in salads, or with meat and fish.
