Gli Aironi Arborio rice is a large-grained rice ideal for creamy risottos and timbales.

For the past five generations, Gli Aironi has focused on improving farming conditions in the Vercelli region of northern Italy, implementing less invasive agriculture and restoring the local ecosystem. Their rice is minimally processed, retaining part of the germ where protein and vitamins A, D, E, and K are present. This is impossible with industrial processing methods, which cannot guarantee the retention of nutrients. The company constantly seeks perfection, assisted by food scientist Michele Perinotti, and has led international chefs (including Jamie Oliver) to choose Gli Aironi rice.

100% Arborio rice

Simmer gently while stirring frequently to coax out a luscious, creamy texture perfect for classic risottos. For a refined presentation, shape into timbales and serve alongside seasonal vegetables or rich sauces. Pair with a splash of white wine during cooking to enhance depth and aroma.

We offer reliable shipping with multiple delivery options, including free shipping on orders over $150. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Due to the nature of our food products, returns are not accepted; however, damaged or unusable items may be eligible for review and refund assistance through our customer support team
