Three siblings, Gabriele, Barbara and Attilio, learned the antique craft of pasta making from their grandmother Adelina, before opening their first artisanal pasta workshop in Campofilone. Today, Antica Pasta by Marcozzi of Campofilone continues to bring love and care to the craft, producing exquisite handmade egg pasta using select all-Italian ingredients, non-GMO Italian wheat and local, free-range eggs. They are one of 7 original producers from Campofilone, a small town in Le Marche with an antique pasta tradition dating back to the 1400s.

Durum wheat semolina, eggs, black squid ink powder

Boil in salted water for 3 minutes until al dente. Toss with fresh seafood, a light tomato sauce, or a drizzle of olive oil and garlic to highlight its rich, briny flavor. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon for an elegant finish.

We offer reliable shipping with multiple delivery options, including free shipping on orders over $150. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Due to the nature of our food products, returns are not accepted; however, damaged or unusable items may be eligible for review and refund assistance through our customer support team
