A classic flavor combination blends with the traditional buttery Christmas panettone. This special panettone is flavored with coffee and is studded with dark chocolate pieces.

Filippi’s classic panettone, naturally leavened, is prepared with selected natural ingredients: fresh eggs from free range hens running in the open air fed with natural food, fresh whole milk, Bourbon vanilla beans from Madagascar, fresh candied Washington oranges from Calabria, soft Australian raisins, crispy flavoured “Prima Bari” almonds and acacia honey.

Pasticceria Filippi has its beginnings in 1972 in Zané, in the province of Vicenza, when Maria and Giuliano began baking authentic cakes and pastries using only the best ingredients they could find.
