Harvested from native Ogliarola and Coratina olives grown in the ancient groves of Northern Puglia, our extra virgin olive oil is cold-extracted and bottled in glass, ensuring its natural flavor and nutritional content are perfectly preserved. The olives are hand-picked while still green and milled within two hours of harvesting, resulting in an elegant oil with notes of freshly cut grass, green apple, and almond. On the palate, it achieves a perfect balance of Coratina’s bold, peppery character and Ogliarola’s gentle sweetness, with a velvety texture that underscores its exceptional quality.
