La Fabbrica della Pasta di Gragnano is a family-run pastificio rooted in one of Italy’s most storied culinary traditions. Nestled in the hills above Naples, Gragnano has been synonymous with pasta-making for over 500 years.

What sets this producer apart is not only their commitment to time-honored methods (bronze dies, low-temperature drying, and the use of high-protein durum wheat and pure spring water) but their imagination. Antonino and Mario, third- and fourth-generation pasta makers, carry forward Gragnano’s legacy with a keen eye for innovation, developing dozens of exclusive, patented formats found nowhere else, blending artistry with a deep sense of place.

The first in the world to earn IGP certification for their pasta, they’re also pioneers in gluten-free, which is also strictly bronze-extruded and made with the same artisanal care in a dedicated facility.
