Antonino and Mario, third- and fourth-generation pasta makers, carry forward Gragnano’s legacy with a keen eye for innovation, developing dozens of exclusive, patented formats found nowhere else, blending artistry with a deep sense of place. The first in the world to earn IGP certification for their pasta, they’re also pioneers in gluten-free, which is also strictly bronze-extruded and made with the same artisanal care in a dedicated facility.
