What’s Inside:
Marinara Tomato Sauce: Small-batch marinara crafted in Salento, Puglia, with 100% Italian tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, oregano, and a hint of garlic. No preservatives, colorings or added sugar - just simple ingredients and vibrant Italian flavor.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Made from native Ogliarola and Coratina olives grown in the ancient groves of Northern Puglia. Hand-picked while still green and milled within two hours of harvest, this elegant oil has notes of freshly cut grass, green apple, and almond.
Organic Gigli Pasta: Crafted in Liguria from certified organic Tuscan durum wheat and pure mountain spring water. Bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures, its ruffled, flower-like shape is made for catching every bit of sauce.
Amari Chocolate Chunk Cantuccini: Made entirely by hand in Carmignano, Tuscany, by sisters Lorella and Mariella Amari, whose small-batch workshop dates to 2003. Crisp, almond-studded and particularly good alongside coffee - or straight from the bag.
