Made for Zia Pia with natural sea salt and herbs grown on Pantelleria, this aromatic finishing salt combines fragrant Mediterranean herbs with the clean salinity of the Mediterranean. The producer's facility sits just steps from the fields where many of their ingredients are grown, reflecting the close connection to place and season that drew us to their work.
Like everything in the Zia Pia signature collection, we chose this salt for its exceptional ingredients, authentic sense of place, and ability to bring a little of Italy to the everyday table.
