All the richness of a traditional panettone—now in a gluten-free version that doesn’t compromise on taste or texture. Filled with velvety pistachio cream and made with a balanced blend of corn and rice flours, it’s a festive treat everyone can enjoy.

The Chiostro di Saronno Panettone is produced according to the traditional recipe and criteria, through a slow and natural leavening. All ingredients from flour to milk, eggs to butter, candied fruit to yeast, are of natural origin: strictly fresh and genuine, free of preservatives and colorants.

Ingredients: Pistachio filling 17% (glucose syrup, sugar, water, pistachio paste 8%, sunflower seed oil, sweetened egg yolk (of which 50% sugar, 50% egg yolk), skimmed milk powder, flavourings, gelling agents: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate, pumpkin concentrate, carrot and spirulina), butter, sugar, orange peel, rehydrated skimmed milk, eggs, potato starch, corn starch, sourdough starter (water, corn starch, rice flour, salt, lactobacillus), rice flour, brewer's yeast, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, thickeners: xanthan, guar, humectants: glycerin, sorbitol, flavouring, salt.
