Trucillo
Salerno, Campania
For more than 70 years, Trucillo has been committed to spreading the culture of high quality Italian espresso. Inspired by his father Cesare Trucillo, Matteo works to preserve the long standing family tradition of a passion for coffee. Trucillo imports their Arabica and Robusta coffee, natural and washed, from the best producing countries across three continents: Central and Southern America, Asia and Africa. They use carefully selected beans, skillfully roasted, creating blends with an intense aroma, a velvety body, and a balanced taste.
“In order to depict our company, describing our espresso coffee will suffice. And vice versa. The coffee we make brings our name and, with it, all that is enclosed: because we are our coffee.”
- Matteo Trucillo, Founder
Experience Trucillo's ground espresso or whole beans, each packaged in an eye-catching "Espresso Speaks Italian" tin. The can’s packaging showcases classic Italian gestures that speak volumes without saying anything at all. And like these hand gestures, the language of coffee is universal.
Each tin is designed with a unique one-way valve at the bottom to stop oxygen from coming into the can and allowing gases from the beans after roasting to escape. This is designed to preserve the coffee's rich aromas so that by the time it arrives to you, it's as if it were freshly ground.
