How to Taste
The 5-Step Tasting Ritual

Pour
Pour a small amount into a blue glass or small cup to focus on aroma and flavor, not color.

Warm
Cup the glass in both hands and warm the oil to body temperature (37C / 98F) for 2 minutes.

Smell
Swirl and inhale deeply. Notice the freshly cut grass, green apple, and almond notes.

Sip
Take a small sip and draw air across it. Let it coat your palate — notice the bitterness and pepper.

Finish
