Gluten Free Classic Panettone

Classic panettone made with candied citrus and raisins is now available in a gluten free recipe! Made with a blend of corn flour and rice flour, this panettone has all the flavor of a traditional panettone without gluten. 

The Chiostro di Saronno Panettone is produced according to the traditional recipe and criteria, through a slow and natural leavening. All ingredients from flour to milk, eggs to butter, candied fruit to yeast, are of natural origin: strictly fresh and genuine, free of preservatives and colorants.
