Here, we partner with Giuliano Martinelli, a master truffle hunter whose small-batch workshop grew from a lifelong passion for foraging these woods at dawn with his dogs.
Made for Zia Pia with high-quality extra virgin olive oil, white Bianchetto truffle, and real slices of truffle suspended in the bottle, this is a finishing oil that lifts everything it touches.
