A culinary symbol of Easter in Italy, the Colomba is a traditional dove-shaped cake featuring a rich, soft dough with a slightly chewy texture. This one is topped with nuts and sugar icing and wrapped in beautiful vintage paper.

The Chiostro di Saronno Colomba is produced according to the traditional recipe and criteria, through a slow and natural leavening. All ingredients from flour to milk, eggs to butter, candied fruit to yeast, are of natural origin: strictly fresh and genuine, free of preservatives and colorants.

Wheat flour, candied orange and citrus peels (orange and citrus peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidifying: citric acid), fresh eggs, raisins, butter, sugar, fresh egg yolk, natural yeast (wheat), milk, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin, glucose syrup, flavors, cocoa butter, salt

Serve at room temperature, sliced into wedges. Pairs beautifully with coffee, tea, or a glass of dessert wine.

We offer reliable shipping with multiple delivery options, including free shipping on orders over $150. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Due to the nature of our food products, returns are not accepted; however, damaged or unusable items may be eligible for review and refund assistance through our customer support team

Lazzaroni

MEET THE MAKER

Since 1718, the Lazzaroni family has crafted amaretti cookies in Saronno, Italy according to their family's traditional recipe. Chiostro di Saronno translates to "Cloister of Saronno," for the home of the company in a former Franciscan cloister in the center of town. Lazzaroni's legendary cookies, or Amaretti Di Saronno, are made from a mixture of sugar, apricot kernels, and egg whites. The results of Lazzaroni's traditional process are crisp, airy cookies with a distinctive bittersweet flavor that make them perfect with espresso, dessert wine, or aperitifs.
