Product Description

Guest Chef Antonino Marsiglia from Palermo will show you how to make true Sicilian eggplant caponata and explain authentic Sicilian cuisine.

Simona Normand of Nada’s Italy will translate for Chef Antonino and share her love of this special region of Italy, also her home.  There will be pictures of the sights and destinations experienced on Nada’s Italy Sizzling Sicily Tour for you to enjoy!

We will also have live music, performed by professional harpist Chiara Capobianco.
