Short, twisty trofiette are ideally shaped for holding sauce. A classic from Liguria, along the Italian coast, where it stretches to the west toward France. Often served with Genovese Basil Pesto. Made only from hard durum wheat flour and water. Hand rolled. Please enjoy “al dente”. Cooking time 18 minutes.

Simple ingredients: wheat semolina and water.
