A complete meal kit to feed 3-4 people. The kit includes:
+ Mezzi Rigatoni, artisanal pasta from Pastificio Di Martino from Gragnano, Italy
+ Housemade Bianca sauce from the Zia Pia kitchen with garlic, cream and grated + Parmigiano Reggiano cheese --ALLERGENS: DAIRY + Baguette + Fresh grated Pecorino Romano and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese blend
Cook the pasta in salted water for the amount of time listed on the package. Be sure to reserve at least 1/2 cup of pasta water to finish the Bianca sauce.
While the pasta is cooking, heat your oven to 375 degrees and bake the baguette for 5 minutes.
Pour the Bianca sauce into a large skillet and heat just until it starts to simmer.
Add the cooked pasta and 1/4 cup of the pasta water.
Toss the pasta with the Bianca sauce until the pasta is well coated in the sauce. Add more pasta water if necessary.
