Gran Cru Affiorato is made exclusively from olives grown and harvested on the Galantino estate. This olive oil is obtained by the ancient method of hand-skimming the layer of olive oil that naturally rises to the surface after the olives have been crushed. Only 5,000 numbered bottles are produced each year. With delicate notes of fruit and almonds, this olive oil is best suited for delicately flavored fish, shellfish and salads.
