INGREDIENTS:

Chili Pepper Fettuccine by Antica Pasta di Campofilone, 1 250g box

Capers & Anchovies paté by Trimarchi di Villa Marchese, 2 110g jars

Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Galantino

Salt, pepper to taste

Freshly grated Pecorino Romano cheese

SPICY FETTUCCINE ALLA SICILIANA DIRECTIONS:

Set a pot of salted water to boil. Once the water comes to a rolling boil, add in the pasta. Boil pasta for about 2.5 minutes. Drain, and reserve the cooking water. Stir both jars of capers and anchovies paté in to the pasta. Add some of the reserved cooking water while stirring, in order to achieve a nice creamy consistency. Stir the pasta mix over a medium flame, allowing the sauce to coat the pasta. Add in grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Add in more cooking water if needed. Serve piping hot and drizzle each plate with a thread of lemon extra virgin olive oil. If desired, top with garlic bread crumbs and garnish with fresh parsley and cheese.
