This crowd-pleasing menu sounds even better when you know that the spaghetti is 100% organic, monovarietal wheat by Monograno Felicetti and the tomato purée is of pure, organically farmed tomatoes by Agricola Paglione in Puglia. Make your meatballs with grass-fed, antibiotic free local beef. You will benefit from the flavor and polyphenols in authentic organic, DOP Umbria extra virgin olive oil. For the salad, local hydroponic lettuce. And for dessert? Fresh, local NC strawberries dipped in chocolate hazelnut cream made with a base of estate extra virgin olive oil from Trimarchi di Villa Marchese in Sicily.
