Thank you for your interest in working with Zia Pia! We are a boutique importer specializing in fine, authentic regional Italian foods. Our mission is to supply our customers with uniquely beautiful and authentic products from family-owned, non-industrial producers. We aim to match the quality of our products with our customer service and shipping. To achieve this, we ask for your participation, and kindly request you review this form and indicate your understanding of the following procedures we have put in place for your benefit.


Shipping

We look for the best shipping rates for our customers and we also use reputable carrier services in order to provide a seamless shipping process. If your business has any special shipping requirements, such as a limited access address or if you require a delivery truck with a liftgate, we ask that you notify us of this as soon as possible. If you require deliveries to be made on a specific day or a specific time, please make us aware of this so a delivery appointment can be made. If shipping carriers are unable to access your business due to a limited access location or the business is closed, there will be a fee for redelivery.


Payment Terms and Methods

We ship orders upon receipt of payment in full, unless other payment terms have been arranged. If you are interested in payment terms, please request a credit application or consider placing your order via Faire, who offers payment terms of up to 60 days. For all credit applications, we require a valid credit card.

We will contact you by email when your order is ready to ship. Please ensure that we have a current email address and telephone number to reach you. We require payment in full within 7 business days. If payment is not received within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order at our discretion. All orders canceled due to non payment are subject to a restocking fee of 3%.

We accept payment by credit card, check or bank transfer. If you prefer to pay by credit card, you can make payments over the phone or by a secure payment link sent by email. All check payments can be remitted to our address, Zia Pia LLC, 3412 Monroe Road, Suite A, Charlotte, NC 28205. If you prefer a bank transfer, please let us know and we can set that up.
